The short version

What we keep. Your account, your name, and your tasks, habits and plans. If you choose to add them, your birth year, gender and a profile photo.
Why. So Planely works, syncs between your devices, and keeps your plans if you change phones.
Where. On our servers in the United States, for as long as you have an account.
Your voice. When you speak to Planely, the recording is sent to a speech-recognition service to be turned into text. The text is kept with your tasks. We do not keep the audio.
Payments. Handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
What we never do. We never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
Your control. You can export all your data, or delete your account and all your data, from Settings in Planely.
Children. Planely is not directed at children under 13.
